We'll meet at a lush local garden that has a natural pool and the temazcal.

After meeting ourselves and explaining what the temazcal is, we will do an offer of seeds dropping them into the fire with our intentions and get cleanse "sahumar" with smoke and copal. We then will get inside an igloo shaped dark space "temazcal".

The door closes and the experience begins!

Inside the temazcal will be rocks heated by fire till the point that they turne red color. Water with medicinal and aromatic plants will be poured into the rocks for you to breath and purify your body and internal organs.

The place will be COMPLETELY DARK so you can let your imagination fly and enjoy the warm and medicinal vapor. We will be there for about 45 mins depending on you, talking about life, giving thanks to the miracles that happen everyday or just relaxing and enjoying the warmth and the vapor (it gets pretty warm up to 50 C or 120 F or higher).

After the temazcal experience we will get into a natural pool to relax and make a contrast of temperatures.
